SHIPPING/RETURNS

My t-shirt arrived but my caftan hasn't.

Tshirts, swimwear and towels are all made at a seperate location and typically ship within a week. I hand make all caftans so they take a big longer to get out. 

Do you ship to my country? 

YES! Both US domestic and international orders are shipped using USPS unless otherwise specified. Processing time at the moment is approximately 3-4 weeks because each item is created by hand. If you need the item quicker, please contact us with your request. 

Return and Refund Policies:
All orders are final. There are no exchanges or refunds issued once an order has been placed.
Refunds are not issued for orders that were unable to be delivered due to insufficient or incomplete shipping addresses provided under your order. 

Order Fulfillment:

Everything is made to order. As soon as you order, we will custom make your piece, then pack it up to ship out to you.  Please allow 4-6 weeks to ship.  Order fulfillments do not include shipping transit time. Shipping transit times vary depending on your shipping address. 


Once the carrier scans it into their system you will receive a shipment confirmation email to the email address provided under your order. Please check your “junk” mailbox as sometimes confirmation emails may end up there. All shipment confirmation emails contain tracking numbers provided by the relevant carrier.

Expedited Shipping Means ONLY the SHIPPING is Expedited not the Production.

If you need a piece for an event, I do offer a Rush Service on certain caftans with a lead time of 1-2 weeks. The fee only covers the rush service and not the cost of the caftan which will need to be purchased separately. 

Shipping Policies:

1. Shipment Responsibility: Once a package is sent by the carrier and has a delivery confirmation, it is no longer within my control. In the event of any issues after the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, the responsibility for the safe receipt of the package lies with you, the recipient.

2. Protection Against Porch Pirates: I understand that package theft by porch pirates is a concern for many customers. To mitigate the risk of theft, I strongly recommend the following precautions:

  • Use a Secure Shipping Address: Whenever possible, choose a shipping address where you or a trusted individual will be present to receive the package upon delivery.

  • Use a PO Box: If you live in an area with a high incidence of package theft, consider renting a P.O. Box at your local post office or a private mailbox service to have your packages delivered securely.

  • Delivery Location: If you are unable to use a PO Box, consider having the package delivered to your workplace, a trusted neighbor, or a family member who can receive the package on your behalf.

  • Track Your Shipment: Keep a close eye on your shipment's tracking information provided by the carrier to know when to expect the delivery.

3. Reporting Lost or Stolen Packages: If you believe that your package was lost or stolen after the carrier marked it as delivered, please follow these steps:

  • Contact the Carrier: Reach out to the carrier who delivered your package (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) to report the issue. They may be able to provide information or assistance regarding the delivery.

  • File a Police Report: If necessary, file a police report in the event of theft. You may be required to provide documentation from the carrier as evidence.

  • Contact Me: While I cannot replace or refund items for packages that were marked as delivered by the carrier, I am here to assist you with any documentation or information you may need to resolve the situation with the carrier or authorities.

4. Refund or Replacement Policy: As mentioned, it is not my responsibility to replace stolen packages. However, I will do my best to assist you with the carrier's procedures and provide any necessary documentation. Any potential refunds or replacements would be subject to the carrier's policies and are not guaranteed by my store.
